Abstract

Medium Enterprises (UMKM), we provided product marketing and digital accounting training to help the economic income of the Tangerang residence especially in KSM Teras Pancasila, Karang Tengah District, Tangerang. This training was a new insight for business owners in managing their business effectively in the future. We hoped that the participants can always improve their strategy because they are actively challenge with something new and the advances of information technology such as digital marketing and digital accountancy. The emergence of digital in business affects the running of marketing through the new platform suach as social media and managing its finances effectively. This is a new trend where businesses can compete with other businesses using social media, both paid and unpaid. Digitalization also builds relationships with customers, suppliers, and financial institutions which can develop the capabilities and experience of UMKM owners at KSM Teras Pancasila.
