Pondok Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) has a role in disseminating Islamic dakwah. The current da'wah management needs to harmonize the technological developments and begin to adapt digital devices. The transformation of conventional da'wah into digital da'wah requires supporting skills besides public speaking skills. Mobile Journalism is an effective and efficient breakthrough as a complement to the needs of da'wah. The realization of this activity was implemented in a program of community service. It provided three forms of training: the practice of narrative writing, cinematography, and orchestration. During the training, it was found that the students' understanding of digital da'wah was destitute, the lack of reading became an obstacle in writing, the specification of students’ mobile phones was not compatible. When it was finished, the students' views on digital da'wah became more positive, their writing skills became better and more systematic, their ability to operate the camera became more skilled, their understanding of orchestration concepts in supporting marketing and imagery had been understood. However, digital da'wah is important and it is a solution during the outbreak of pandemic to eliminate crowds.
