Abstract

The intensity of job seekers in Tangerang always increases every year. The labor-intensive industrial sector spread across Tangerang has always been a mainstay in absorbing young workers from various regions in Banten Province. However, the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the labor-intensive industrial sector reducing its workforce due to increasingly uncertain economic conditions. The dwindling job vacancies have led to a fairly chronic unemployment rate. To raise people's enthusiasm to survive in pandemics while it's also part of supporting government programs to create quality and talented young entrepreneurs, the team of lecturers from Buddhi Dharma University and Bhayangkara University, collaborated to create entrepreneurship training and digital marketing for young entrepreneurs in Kotabumi, Pasar Kemis, Tangerang district. This training is intended for the participants to understand the concept of entrepreneurship, and digital marketing strategies. This training program is expected to open insight to new business actors in managing their start-up businesses, both in terms of marketing management in the digital realm.
